Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AED 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
10 % service charge per stay is not included.
10 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 50.00 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs AED 100.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs AED 100.00 per person.
Buffet breakfast costs AED 50.00 per child under 12 years.
